  Coat arrived in good shape and as described,but smelled of tobacco. I contacted the seller and they offered for me to return the coat and they would apply an Ozone treatment to remove the odor, but the cost for shipping would make it too expensive, so the kindly refunded me $40 so I could apply it to local furrier for cleaning. I really appreciate the customer service, very prompt and accommodating. Will purchase from this seller again.

  The coat is absolutely beautiful. It is in Excellent condition as seller described. This is my 4th purchase from Oliver Furs. It arrived 2 days early and the packaging was very secure. I cannot believe that I got this beautiful coast for such a steal! Thank you. I will get many years of enjoyment out of this purchase.

  To say this coat is stunning is an understatement. The quality is excellent. The colors are gorgeous. The fit is perfect. This is my second coat from this seller and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Olivier updated me periodically as to the progress and promptly answered my questions. The coat is better than the description and the customer service is top notch. Very well and safely packaged. Do not hesitate to buy from Oliver furs.

  Oh my goodness! Please check out this vendor! On time delivery, packaging was very professional and the LOOK was even more than the pictures described. I can still have a steak if I want too with the price spent.

  The raccoon headband is lovely, as is the raccoon hat, matching the descriptions applied to them by Olivier Furs. They are overall excellent purchases. I appreciated the sound advice Olivier gave me with regard to selecting the hat. The items were shipped promptly and arrived well-packaged. I'm looking forward to wearing them with a raccoon-lined trenchcoat this winter. Thank you again, Olivier!
