  Item arrived in a plastic bag, with holes in the bag. One of the tent poles had the string broken. When I told the seller, they tried to get me to gift the poles to someone else. After sending pictures, they agreed to refund my purchase. I still need tent poles, will have to buy from someone else.

  I contacted the seller upon receiving the item and they refused to let me return it- it’s falsely advertised and as thick as a trash bag if not thinner- does not fit a Jeep wrangler and ripped upon putting it on my vehicle. The seller did give me a partial refund after several exchanges back and forth and only initially wanting to give me 1/4 refund. Mind you I didn’t want the item- I wanted to return it period.
