  Things went well and the Medal arrived in perfect shape....the only thing I had a problem with was it was listed as new in box but no box was sent. Other than that minor oversight I am very pleased with this transaction. Thank You.

  Seller communication was very good!! Although the item never arrived, this seller promptly issued my refund; the seller is honest and transparent and I think the issue lied with my military post sometimes having issues receiving items from the United States.
