    Quality hood as described, arrived very quickly, a super great easy transaction especially as i messed up with sizes and had to send the first one back! That was really easy to do, money came straight back by the time i'd received the second one! Great company to deal with, can't recommend enough.

    Not sent, contacted them after 7 days to be told the item was damaged so had returned it to manufacturer for replacement, I could wait or have refund. I chose to wait but still nothing after another week. Contacted them again for same answer, this time I took refund. At no point did they contact me to explain what was going on, they should have done this at the straight away . Looking at negative feedback this seems to be a common problem, I dont believe they ever had the item to sell.
