  Did not request any changes to items or shipping, so no other communication was made. Items arrived well packaged and grouped in separate plastic bags. Items as described. Some nice, some well worn, a few standouts. Two outfits I have no idea how to get onto a doll. Maybe Monster High dolls were arms and heads can be popped-off to accommodate clothes changing. Otherwise, happy with purchase.
