    After one month and tracking said it shipped, seller claimed it had the wrong address which was false. He ignored me until eBay contacted him and I resubmitted my address but he refused to send the item and money refunded by eBay guarantee. I recommend not doing business with this individual.

    Seller was very informative in order updates and shipping. Package delivered 3 days before the scheduled time. The package came properly protected and sealed. Product as described. Seller definitely paid attention to detail, and the personal touch is very appreciated and kind. Would recommend buying from this seller.

    It arrived well packaged & in good time with a note from the seller inside too, very much the personal touch. I would give more stars for seller communication if I could. I had a couple of questions & they were answered quickly & in great detail. Plenty of help & assistance and very friendly, nothing half hearted about it. All in all, excellent all round. I'll keep an eye on this seller in the future.

    Wow, to be honest I was pretty blown away by this seller. I'm not a very big "Ebay-er", so I approach Ebay with caution, and especially overseas transactions, as I've heard plenty of horror stories. This seller was a great and quick communicator. No problems with communication/language, and speed was very good considering time difference between USA & Japan. The item exactly as described, & I am very pleased with it. Also the seller added a small gift as it took a few days to process my order.
