  Very satisfied with the repair of my factory Bose amplifier. They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !

  Communication was excellent the product was well worth looking into and the outcome was outstanding they helped me through the process I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them with no hesitation thank you everybody at the company for your service.   Awesome guys, everything went very smoothly. Sent my fault amp from Australia to New York (just could not get it fixed locally) Quick turn around, fast shipping and good communications. Would definitely recommend and use again (hopefully would not need it :-))

  Great experience. Very communicative throughout. Really quick turnaround time (seller received our item on a Saturday morning, had it repaired and back in the mail to us by Monday). Seems to have solved all of our issues (static, radio cutting in/out, loud static pops, etc). Overall 5/5 service and would absolutely recommend.
