Overall service is greater than 5 stars. The price is economical and budget friendly. This voltage regulator fit perfectly in my car and works exactly as it should. I couldn't get this part in Canada and I am so grateful to have discovered OEG Parts through eBay. I highly recommend this company and eBay.

  Item as described! Fast shipping! Not packed very well, box was damaged in shipment! Lucky item wasn't damaged! Seller had good price on item, other sellers wanted over $200 for same item! Would buy from again!

  Unfortunately the item arrived severely damaged 😢 but I used the contact seller option and explained the situation and they contacted me within minutes. Asked me to provide multiple pics., which I complied with. Within minutes they had submitted a full refund. I would say this is a great company to deal with. I waited a few days to insure that the refund was legit and it was. Great communication and great customer service.

  The quality of this customer service in unbelievable. There was a issue with the shipping of the product, I reached out and within 45 minutes we had a resolution to the issue. I would gladly purchase parts from these guys again without hesitation. The value and customer service are amazing.

  Great shipping speed great packing and product wich was a starter for a massey ferguson E 50 mounted right up and actually was alot beefier of a starter than it depicted in the picture.great quality product,great price, definatley would recomend to anybody looking for a great seller for starters for massey ferguson for sure .
