In fact, they say they haven't received any messages from me and history shows otherwise. Ordered some cables 9 days ago and they have not shipped yet. They say the order is "on hold" but I had to find that out for myself by calling them after searching for their phone number. After I called, the person I need to speak to apparently is out of the office and I need to wait a day or two for them to get back with me via Ebay.
