The first item sent was faulty and the returns process was needlessly tedious and they ended up telling me not to return the item anyway! This is the problem when the item is being sold by a company based in China, masquerading s a UK based supplier. I did have an issue with the unit not functioning properly at the beginning, but the seller helped resolve the issue promptly. The machine seems to be functioning properly and as designed. A couple of the injector adapter wires were improperly manufactured and were shorted out. The seller has promised to replace them. There was excellent communication and quick responses from the seller. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. The machine is now operating as designed.
