    The seller quickly despatched the item to me and provided a tracking number. However, the tracking showed the the item had not moved from their depot for over a week. I emailed the seller and they offered me a refund or replacement. I opted to have a replacement and this arrived on time. Seller was understanding and helpful in dealing with this issue. The item was as described and good value for money.

    Very quick service. Unfortunately sent the wrong item. I accepted a 20% refund to keep the item, as it would have cost more to return it. The seller did contact me within a day so am satisfied he tried his best. Disappointed though

    I wasn’t sent the pattern that a selected on either of the bed covers I ordered, a message to let me know or at least ask which I’d prefer if stock was unavailable would have been appreciated. But given the price I’m happy enough. They’re well made & do the job. Arrived quickly. Thank you.

    This Seller sent me a item the wronge colour that l ordered & would Not send me the right item I asked for they completely ignored my request & they couldn't even get one item right & just wanted me to keep the item at a reduced price or send it back at my cost for there mistake why couldn't they just send the right one with exchange of the wrong one sent back to them No idea ? Very Unhappy Customers
