  I missed that there was a crack on the plastic where the blade is held. I complained about it and the seller pointed out that this crack was disclosed on the listing but they refunded me anyways. I reviewed the listing, and the crack was indeed disclosed, but I had somehow missed it. Greatly appreciated their willingness to accommodate me even though it was my mistake! Well packaged and exactly as described. Shipped quickly after ordering.

  Received in the time period I was given. Packaging looked good. I was pleased when it arrived I bought my juicer at a garage sale used it one day the motor quit.
