  I contacted this seller 6 days ago and requested by giving her all necessary information to activate my second purchased eSIM. However, instead of activating it, she waited until it was suspended so I couldn't have my wifi service and she STILL hasn't activated the esim I paid for! Thanks to her, I had to pay unexpected extra money for another company to get back the service as she kept neglecting my request of activation. Definitely one of the worst sellers on eBay. Very irresponsible and rude

  You bought 2 esim. After you have used the first one, we ask you politely to delete the account, then tell us to do the activation for the second one, but you didn't tell us if you deleted or not, so we can't do the activation again. And you are being racist of my English and give negative feedback. Even though my English is not good, it doesn't affect me help you. When you ask for the refund, I immediately refund you more than what you asked. You asked for $11 and I refunded you $23.
