    The reel was in excellent condition as was described. Although it is a used reel, it appears to almost be new. The seller communicated well by updating me about shipping and providing tracking information. Even though the reel was shipped from Japan, I received it within a couple of days from when I bought it (US west coast). This seller had the lowest price for this particular reel. Great seller!!!

    Shipping from Japan to the USA was very fast. Once it was state side, DHL dropped the ball. They don't provide a delivery window, no way to contact unless you download Whatsapp. I've had good service with DHL, but this wasn't one of those times. Reel looked good as advertised. Well packed in plastic and wadded paper. It's too bad that the delivery service hurts the seller feedback. I'd still do business with again, but need to find a way to track delivery date and time.

    This is probably the best seller that I’ve ever dealt with on EBay! I’ve bought and sold here for many years and he has the best communication and the shipping is phenomenal coming from Japan. I had the item within three days which is almost unheard of. I order often within my state and it takes longer to receive than something oceans away. A++++ I will visit his site again soon✔️
