    The item was as described, and shipping was fast. However, USPS lost the package, and when I tried to file a lost package claim, they disabled my account. I reached out to the seller, and their customer service was quick to respond and solve the issue. They are excellent eBay sellers with outstanding customer service. I look forward to doing business with them again.

    My mother is very happy. I do not know why the USPS Tracking told me Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending, COMMACK, NY 11725 for 7 days. When I reached out to the seller, they looked into it immediately. I am very pleased with the seller, USPS needs to improve.

    This order had multiple issues with the initial shipping, and packaging. Seller made good with re-sending items (all 10 bottles) and repackaging as to make the trip across the continent of America to Hawaii.     Good quality capsules. Brand new. Good value and Appearance. Good seller. Shipped out immediately. USPS had the package almost 2 weeks in transit. I'm leaving a good review for the seller, however I wish I could leave a review for the postal service too. Theirs wouldn't be so good.

    Took one month to receive item. Not sellers fault. USPS failed. When received, package looked like it had been through the wars! The plastic bottle cap was broken off in four pieces. Luckily, the safety seal was intact. Seller did good. Boo! to USPS!!
