  I have to say this company without a doubt is this professional as can anyone do including myself. Upon purchasing the product within moments I received an email with regards to everything in the package including when it would approximately ship and they would keep me continuously informed in the process. Down to the last moment it arrived as they had designated it absolutely perfect condition. Anyone looking to purchase items from drones toys you name it they have it. Outstanding company !!!!

  From the moment I bought the drone, the seller reach out to me with constant information and updates. I was told when the delivery date might be, and then a couple of days later it was updated to be delivered 8 days early. Then another update informed me it would be delivered the following day, 9 days earlier than anticipated. Very impressed with the overall process. I would highly recommend K-Wave Store.

  I purchased a DJI Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The drone arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, and at a great price. Communication was fast and friendly throughout the process. I could not ask for a better vendor. I would gladly buy from them again in a heartbeat.

  Good condition. very well packed. Thoughtfully included multipoint plug adaptor. Overall good experience. Poor shipping experience. Bad tracking, delayed shipment, not proper communication on the status. Just keeps saying will ship in 2 days, that is the most you can get. Yes, I did receive the shipment at the end.

  My experience with this seller could not have been better. Great with communication, and fast shipping. It only took a week from ordering it to get it delivered to my doorstep in Missouri.
