  Great seller, quick responses to inquiries, and all questions were answered very satisfactorily! The Agilent 34401A was offered as defective because the buttons on the front panel were not working properly, but after cleaning the button matrix with IPA, the multimeter worked like new again. The item matched the description exactly, was very well packaged, and was shipped very quickly. Highly recommended for this shop and team! Best regards

  Great product, quality and condition as shown and described and looks great, excellent communications, very good packaging and superfast shipping, excellent value, would definitely buy from seller again, highly recommended, A+++ Note to seller: Item arrived fine, but there was no packing on the sides ... could have been a disaster of the wood case. Just lucky!

  The filament was exactly as described (color/weight/RFID tag). It was shipped out very quickly and in the original packaging, wrapped in plastic, and in a protective outer bag with desiccant (important to keep filament dry). They clearly know how to eBay well… Great seller, would purchase again. Good quality, condition, value, and appearance!

  WOW! Arrived via FedEx Ground two days after I ordered it! Not only was it professionally packed with a new box, anti-static shrink wrap and new bubble wrap, the item was like new in every way, better than described. And it was a great deal to begin with. Seller even answered my questions the same day. Definitely adding this seller to my short list.

  Third time customer with NTC Tech. I will continue to do business with these folks. Product is ALWAYS better than described and an awesome value. Their shipping must use rockets, it comes so fast I always get in trouble because my wife finds the items before I do. Thank goodness their packaging is stellar because when my wife throws the package at me, I may get injured but the item is NEVER damaged! Thank you again, folks, and keep up the great work!

  Very happy with this purchase. Item as advertised except for minor damage that occurred while packing. Seller apologized and asked how he could make it right. Item shipped back to seller next day, was repaired at no additional cost, and returned to us the next business day in excellent condition. Low price and friendly service. Will buy from this seller again.
