  This is a first class , very honest and decent seller, I made a order of carpet and glue which was delivered super quick, through my own fault I did not open the packaging as I wasn't ready to use it, when I did open it my order had been short in meters and also by this time the returns date had run out, I contacted the seller who apologised for the fault in order, then within 2 days had the rest of my order at my address, absolutely brilliant people as many would have told me tough luck

  The seller was good ,the quality of the product was good, condition was good too,the problem I had was the point of delivery refused to accept the parcel hence why it took 3 more days for me to receive the order ,no explanation as to why it was refused, the seller was fine but the delivery/collection point was at best very poor ,a big thumbs down where they are concerned.

  Brilliant company to deal with and the product is great. I had a problem with delivery even though the parcel was marked fragile the box came damaged the rails were bent to the point I didn't feel comfortable bending them back without problems and the mounting hardware was missing I contacted the company and the sent out replacement immediately. Highly recommend A+++ customer service thank you.

  For the price i must admit i wasn't expecting them to be as good as they are, they are really good quality, well packaged and arrived in a good condition. they look great on the van really happy with them, messaged the seller first as i had questions and they responded quickly and were really helpful.

  Lovely product, delivered quickly, well packaged. There was a delivery issue, NOT the sellers fault, but they were responsive and helpful so the issue was overcome. Can't fault them highly recommend.

  The box arrived burst open with items hanging out. I would say poorly packaged. The seller disagrees. I rejected at delivery and received a full refund.

  Dear customer, we did agreed that the box was damaged, but we did asked you to check the item inside as looks like it was all in a good condition, but you have sent it back without checking inside the item, the full refund was issued. we don't understand what we disagreed with ? Thanks
