    My order item initially did not arrive by the date set and I couldn't track it. However, I contacted the seller who very promptly apologised and arranged a replacement while taking action against Royal Mail for the non delivery of the first package. The replacement arrived today on time and was perfect. Well packaged too! Thank you for your assistance! Would definitely buy from you again.

    This is such a nice little item and is not only in excellent condition but was also reasonably priced. It is exactly as described by the seller who kept me well informed about my my order. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I've purchased a number of items from N&P Swan and they've never let me down. They're items are reasonably priced, exactly as described and they combined my postage. 100% would recommend them.

    Really good seller company but you have to watch out on the postage. They charge for 1st class Sig Req (£5.50) but don’t post until 3 days after purchase which negates the need for 1st Class !!! As always… great packaging !!! Many thanks !!!
