  Arrived as described and photographed. Very nice backpack. I did not care for the condescending answer to my question re: shipping, which has been a problem to post office boxes with both Fedex and UPS due to contractual delays. Other than that, a fairly smooth transaction.

  Great price and even let me know of a minor defect with item before shipping! Their communication is very good and item came as shown. I was worried about the new tariffs in place but item arrived without an additional fee!

  I didn’t know my package was coming from Japan so there was a two week shipping time. I should have checked the size of the bag because I thought it was bigger in the photo. Overall happy with my purchase.
