The company was very good about keeping me informed about its shipment and very helpful when I got a suspicious email about a UPS package that I thought was a scam (it was). They assured me that my delivery was on its way. Would use them again.

The vendor requested that I send a photo of the current Command system in my 2020 MB S205 to confirm the replacement entertainment control unit would be suitable. Extremely fast shipping to Western Australia and the protective packaging ensured the parcel arrived in perfect condition.   Never received item. Seller is very rude and was concerned about past purchases with other sellers. He seems to imply that I always give bad feedback and claim I didn't receive item. UNFORTUNATELY CHINESE SELLERS ALWAYS LIE ABOUT SHIPPING OR LOCATION OF ITEM JUST TO MAKE SALE AND BUYERS END UP WAITING 2 or 3 MONTHS FOR PURSHASES. I WILL NEVER GIVE GOOD FEEDBACK TO LYING SELLERS. EBAY DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THESE SELLERS LYING ABOUT THE LOCATION OF ITEMS OR SHIPPING DETAILS. PLEASE BE WARE!
