  I’m so happy with my Smillows Bubblegum Scented Plush Pillow! It arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and smells amazing. The packaging was great, and the pillow is super soft and cute.   Such great service, my box was literally mangled when it arrived but when I opened it, it all survived. It was perfect and still worked as described. I now understand why shipping was $25, it was perfectly packaged. Definitely worth the money I spent.

  Item was well packed, shipped and received quickly in as expected and as described damage to box condition, for a reasonable price. The doll itself and all items contained within the box were in new, undamaged condition. Beautiful, quality doll and products. I am happy with my purchase and she has been added to my collection.   Item was delayed for 4 days in Philadelphia-out of seller's control. It also arrived with box smashed in badly and torn but fortunately Lady was not at all damaged! It is just as listed and I'm pretty pleased with it. I only received it today but have already added a leather crossbody strap to make it work more comfortably for an adult.
