    Great Seller to deal with .. Order shipped really fast .. However, I ordered the wrong item for my car, contacted the Seller before it arrived, they contacted the shipper intercepting the order before I got it, and issued a full refund ... that's the kind of integrity you want from a Seller

    The wrong part was sent but the efforts of the seller to resolve were more than expected. When they could not deliver exact part, a refund was very quick. I would be willing to buy from this seller had he right part been available

    I experienced an issue with my water tank (most likely due to shipping). I reached out to the seller and they were very responsive. The seller asked for evidence of the issue and promptly refunded me once they realized the issue. Again, the seller is very responsive and is customer service oriented.

    congrats to the delivery man who left package at the front door. Package was really heavy and I had to slide it indoors. Struts were as ordered and packaged beyond belief...they sure pack them well and recommend this seller if you ever need one of their products. At 81, ive never received a perfect deliver...thank you Novoauto for a terrific job well done...have a Blessed Day, Richard
