  The condition of this catalog (and each of the others that I purchase) is impressive, just in beautiful condition as described but I wasn't expecting something so old to be so nice. Each secured in their own clear protected photo sleeve. It was a real treat to received them. I am very happy. They were packed perfectly so they would not bend during shipping. Reasonably price for such nicely preserved pieces.
