  Item ordered July 6th. Tracking number provided on July 8th. Estimated shipping July 11-17th. Contacted seller on July 20th because item had never been taken to USPS. Told item went to wrong address. Item FINALLY received by USPS on July 22nd after ANOTHER message was sent inquiring about tracking info. Item delivered July 28th. I did receive an apology and offer of a discount on a future purchase. I would have been understanding if I had been told the truth. See pics for details.
