  I was delighted when the DVD boxed set arrived quickly and exactly as described in the listing! I was also impressed with the extra care the seller took in packaging it for safe delivery. I, for one, appreciate seeing the DVDs shipped in a sturdy cardboard box instead of a plain mailing envelope like many other vendors often use.   The seller is kind and accepted a professional negotiation over the item’s price. He packed and sent the product pretty quick . Unfortunately had a horrible experience with the delivery of the item in Australia and i ask Ebay to arrange for a resolution to the matter ASAP.

  I am pleased: The price was reasonable for a difficult to find Yamaha DVD remote. The seller was quite helpful in answering my questions and that made me confident to place the order.   Article was as described. We are very pleased with it. Shipping cost very reasonable and shipped in an adequate container. Did experience a delay when USPS sent the package to San Francisco before it came to Michigan.
