  DVD’s appearance & condition was as described new, sealed condition. It was carefully packaged in a box with protective “air bags” & promptly shipped. This was a great quality transaction with excellent communication, providing a high value. 5-stars!

  Whether ordered new or used, I can always count on receiving my orders from this EXCELLENT SELLER in the best possible condition: new in pristine condition & VG used better than listed. Packaging & handling are performed using the best materials with plenty of padding in a cardboard box to ensure arrival without the normal case damage from less careful sellers who often skimp on packaging. Orders are competitively priced, processed & shipped very quickly, with short delivery times.

  Thank you for the feedback! I have recently transitioned over to shipping 95% of my items in a box and I use air pillows and bubble wrap for all my CD's. I have seen to many complaints over CD's shipped in thin packing to save money and more often than not they come damaged. I on purpose downgrade my CD's that way if its better people are very happy if I upgrade not so much. Your feedback is the reason why I am in this business, it's all about customer service to me. You made my week!

  Let's go beyond the "Smooth transaction highly recommend" standard line. The Seller provided GREAT customer service after the purchase. YES DVD exactly as described, a good price... but the care taken AFTER the payment was what was truly impressive! FAST shipping and it was packaged with GREAT care.   Thank you for taking the time to write such a long and thoughtful feedback! You are very welcome. It's easy to list and make the sale the most important detail I found as you say after the payment. The thing most customers remember is how it was packaged and did it arrive safe. I ship 95% of my items in a box with the most packing I can do. I just got a dvd from another seller that shipped in a very thin no padding envelope and it was trashed. That is why I will never do that.

  Both pbks shipped immediately. Arrived in just a couple days, inside bubble wrap and in a box. They were in spectacular condition AND the least expensive copies of both available on Ebay. This was my first experience with this amazing seller. They are now one of my very few Saved Sellers. And, especially because they have an incredible inventory of unknown titles in my hard-to-find genre preference, I will definitely be buying again. Within days, actually. **Unbeatable**

  Item quality was perfect, condition was as described, value was amazing compared to other sellers and the appearance was great. Packaged amazing. Had a small issue with shipping information and seller responded quickly and figured the issue out fast.
