  The mail service in my area mistakenly did not deliver my package stating that the address was vacant. I contacted the seller to let the seller know that this was a mistake and asked that they send me my purchase whenever it was returned to them. The seller sent me my purchase before they received it returned. On the second try my order was delivered to me. I appreciate the seller working with me and they didn’t charging me additional shipping for sending it to me twice. Great seller!

  Shipped to the wrong address, an address that eBay placed in my ship to address without any notification being sent to me. eBay only indicated they would escalate the issue. After speaking with them by phone twice, nothing has been done.. Conclusion: eBay will never admit they are at fault even when they've been caught !
