    Once I got it all together it was great- packaged well and good size for the money spent. I did ask the seller how it goes together and to make sure that there was no defects in one of the pieces- they made sure all was good and I appreciated that. Recommend this seller

    The mask was as advertised and came with original tags in perfect condition. Great value and quality so I would recommend this seller. My only complaint is it arrived a day late but no fault of seller but rather the postal service kept it at their facility an extra day for some reason.

    Unfortunately my glass pendants arrived damaged (it appears to be a shipping issue not a packaging issue?) BUT the seller was very responsive and the return/refund process was very easy. I would definitely purchase again from this seller

    We ordered 2 lights and only received 1, the 1st fixture arrived with a scuffed finish (looked like from the factory), and thought should I have chose a higher priced site, for the same product, waited and expected the worse...and boy was I wrong. I contacted them and within 4 days we had 2 perfect lights hanging in our bathroom. Now Minka Lavery is a quality brand, but this customer service was of an even higher quality. I thank them for restoring my faith in online customer service. Thank you

    Took a little while to arrive. No fault by seller. Once again a great transaction experience. Seller communicated very well about the situation. Have purchased from before and will continue to purchase from in the very near future. All of my Gremlin 2 Prop/Dolls have been purchased from this seller and they have always came through for me with great products, shipping and very well packed items.
