  Once I got it all together it was great- packaged well and good size for the money spent. I did ask the seller how it goes together and to make sure that there was no defects in one of the pieces- they made sure all was good and I appreciated that. Recommend this seller

  The mask was as advertised and came with original tags in perfect condition. Great value and quality so I would recommend this seller. My only complaint is it arrived a day late but no fault of seller but rather the postal service kept it at their facility an extra day for some reason.

  We ordered 2 lights and only received 1, the 1st fixture arrived with a scuffed finish (looked like from the factory), and thought should I have chose a higher priced site, for the same product, waited and expected the worse...and boy was I wrong. I contacted them and within 4 days we had 2 perfect lights hanging in our bathroom. Now Minka Lavery is a quality brand, but this customer service was of an even higher quality.   Unfortunately my glass pendants arrived damaged (it appears to be a shipping issue not a packaging issue?) BUT the seller was very responsive and the return/refund process was very easy. I would definitely purchase again from this seller

  Took a little while to arrive. No fault by seller. Once again a great transaction experience. Seller communicated very well about the situation. Have purchased from before and will continue to purchase from in the very near future.
