Seller communication was great and assistance with assuring phone would connect to my carrier before shipping was very helpful.   I received the item on time. It looks good, but there is a scratch on the screen. On the product spec you mentioned, it is new with an open box. The service is excellent. The other very crucial thing is, the delivery person leaves the phone on the floor. I think this is wrong; he should deliver to my apartment or put it in the parcel pending box. Putting electronics on the flower is not secure; there is a high possibility of loss. Please resolve this.

  Impressed. Responsive and responsible seller. The item was as-advertised but missing the sim card tray. Easy mistake. I ordered one for $10 and noted to the seller it had been missing and they might want to check that. They refunded me the $10 without being asked.
