    Item is new as described. The quality and fitness for purpose are excellent. Customer service via ebay messages was excellent. They were frank that another item of theirs I was considering was not suited to the purpose I was intending it for. Item was well packed and promptly shipped. Two winter storms delayed shipping but there was nothing seller or USPS could possibly have done about that. A perfect transaction. I have several Nordic Ware products and love them. I highly recommend this seller!

    Good transaction. Item was exactly as described. I was a bit bummed item did not come in its own box as this will be a gift. Instead, it came in plastic shrink wrap inside the shipping box. Oh well ... still a good transaction.
