  Unfortunately delivery of my item was severely delayed due to the Royal Mail. As a result the 2 mountain ash tree seedlings arrived dead despite the fact that the seller had wrapped the roots in a moist paper towel. The seller is easy to communicate with. It's just a shame that the postal service let both sides down.

  Butts just arrived early in morning so can set up. Excellent service, great comms from seller. Have many of these water butts and can not fault them, courier great waited till all items checked and correct. If you are looking for a water butt, these are the ones to have in my opinion, great value robust and look good in any garden. Thankyou all from seller to delivery.

  Item arrived through letter box - well packaged. Unwrapped plugs and potted them up in preprepared pots. Item arrived on schedule. Seller also included a couple of free camomile plugs.

  Excellent. Two lovely seedlings about 5cm of stem and almost same of root, as described. Well packed in a sturdy and thin box. Next day delivery by 1st class Royal Mail. Now to make sure I don’t kill them.
