    I had several conversations with the seller. The responses were fast with clear explanations. The item was as described, the packaging was very good, the shipping was fine on the part of the seller; however, customs make things more difficult. I was happy with the product and the price was a fair one. I would certainly purchase from this seller again.

    A good transaction overall. The end of the de minimis tariff exemption on items coming into the United States has really put a damper on international purchases. I would have preferred that the seller had shipped this toy to me on an earlier date, so I would have been able to avoid some (not all) of the tariffs on Japan-originating items. But I am still so pleased with this rare toy and I am happy with the way the seller carefully packaged it. Hot pink Rangeas was exactly as described.

    Great! no issues, product was as described, securely packed, arrived fast for international delivery (Took me a minute to navigate the shipping companies website for the customs fee due to the really bad design/layout), Anyhow i strongly Recommend this seller A+ & i will be buying from them in future.

My item was super large, and received in pristine condition as brand new. The seller shipped it via FedEx from Japan to USA, and the item was at my door within 3 days of it actually being shipped.
