  So, I got a used phone and the sell shipped it quickly. But unfortunately the operating system was faulty, which the seller couldn’t have known about unless they tried to set the phone up themselves… while I was initially pretty bummed and worried I might have gotten scammed, the seller was very understanding and cooperative in resolving the issue. Even though the item was faulty, over all the customer service was excellent!
