  1 word: AWESOME. At first I thought that the $30 shipping was a bit high side of reasonable. NOW my opinion is that it might not have been enough! Switch was stripped of all modules, each module was wrapped in bubble wrap AND placed into a small box, and then all the small boxes plus the heavily wrapped chassis were placed into an outer box - assuring a safe delivery. Switch looks like new - clean and minimal signs of use. These guys do a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED!!

  Item arrived quickly and condition was as described except for the RAID controller. Unit contained an H710 RAID controller, but I was still able to use this for my needs. Would recommend you check with seller before purchase if something like that might not work for you. Overall still the best value for this server you can find on eBay and would recommend this seller.
