  Package got lost in transit, but I only have good things to say about the seller. They had included a tracking number, which made it easy to understand what was going on with the package and escalate when it became clear the package was not moving. They were also very prompt to respond once the issue was flagged, and refunded quickly. Will certainly do business with them again. Great customer service all around.

  Seller was quick to communicate with me when I asked for some more photos of the DVD. He sent a lot and the DVD was received as described. I saw a lot of negative reviews about delayed shipping, when my item went to ship I saw it was going to take almost two months, asked the Seller if they could work with me if I paid for quicker shipping and they did. Item was received in about four days, if it even took that long. Overall great deal for the value, would do business with again.

  This item unfortunately was held up in customs for way too long after Trump's customs bs and it was eventually returned to Canada. The seller communicated well and resent the item and it arrived well packaged. Highly recommended seller!
