  Easy transaction, good communication and prompt shipping. Only issue, as it is most of the time, is Ebay shipping updates that are not correct or accurate. Just because a label is created doesn't mean it's shipped. And the expected delivery date is never right until the day before; also not seller but USPS and Ebay.

  Giving positive because water pump is new reason for negativity on shipping I ordered it from this vendor because there ad said they had 3 in stock so being this vender was closest to me I was thinking I’ll get it in a couple of days Well that didn’t happen 😡 They dropped shipped from California!!! I could have ordered it from California cheaper than I paid them for it but thinking delivery quicker it took a week before it was delivered. Then the box was a mess almost losing parts no padding

  Item took twice as long to arrive as it should have, but I blame that on FedEx and not the seller. Items came well packaged and exactly as I intended. I would have preferred the seller use USPS or UPS so that I could have received the item when I needed it.

  Was a pleasure dealing with the seller. Was very quick on his part. Pleasure doing business for sure. Seller is awesome. Not his fault in anyway but paying extra for faster shipping and eBay taking its time and then handing it off to DHL was a terrible time and waste of the extra money for faster shipping. Didn't even get delivered to the door step n hade to go pick it up. EBay needs improvement but hey the seller is awesome. Would do business again.

  This looks like a nice rocker arm set. There's plenty of shims to center the rocker arm tips to the center of the valve stem. My only problem was the packaging was in bad shape when it arrived. All the parts were scattered all over, inside the taped up box. It took me an hour to straighten out. One 1/2'' spacer was missing. I was able to use a spacer from the old set I was replacing. The seller gave me a partial refund for the missing spacer and aggravation. Said they would do better shipping.
