  The seller quickly responded to my comment with an apology and plausible explanation for the error in describing the item as new. The seller offered, and I accepted and have received, a 30% refund on the purchase. Mistakes happen, and I am convinced the error was genuine and does NOT reflect negatively on the seller. I have changed the item description rating to neutral, and rated seller communication at five stars. And I now enthusiastically recommend this seller.
