Sent completely wrong item! I ordered Chevy headlight housings and they shipped some plastic strips for a bmw. I shipped item back and refund hasn’t been issued and it’s been 2 weeks ! Won’t be doing business with this company anymore! I would have shipped the right item as soon as I was confirmed by customer it was completely wrong but that would be the right way! I am a business owner and would never make a customer wait on an item that I had screwed up- that’s how you get a bad rep!

Sincere apologies for the the inconvenience. We were set to resolve this issue for you when you first reached out to us, however we must follow policy. When you escalated the case, it no longer gave us the opportunity to settle the matter; it is now in the hands of the eBay team to make a final decision and unfortunately that takes time. We recognize our mistake, and ready to give eBay our approval for a refund when asked but they are currently in charge of handling this case and the outcome.
