Sometimes things happen out of control of seller, like mixed up tracking info from shipping company but this seller is genuine and stayed on top of it to make sure I received the item or got reimbursed. I would gladly buy from them again.

Seller refused to even send me a copy of the shipping receipt so that I might file the claim myself. I paid over $100 for a collector's item described as "in perfect shape" and received something water damaged. The seller has refused to cooperate every step of the way. It's sheer laziness to refuse to even send the mailing receipt so I could seek restitution myself. I don't recommend trusting this seller.
