  A fantastic eBay experience. A day after my order was shipped Canada Post went on strike. Seller retrieved my package from USPS and sent it with a different carrier. I was thrilled as I had given up any hope of getting it before Christmas. The slippers are a Christmas present. Seller responded very quickly and went above and beyond. I highly recommend.   Fantastic! Seller contacted me when they found a defect with the ordered item, offered an alternative, sent a photo so I could choose, (which turned out to be the color I had originally been trying to find) then sent the boots out the same day! Very very happy to do business with you!
