Arranged redelivery for tomorrow as was out today..only to get home and find it had been delivered! Luckily a neighbor also had a parcel so accepted mine too!! Bought for washing machine that sounds like a rocket taking off as I live in the middle of 3 flats!! Hopefully will be much quieter next time I put a load on! I liaised with them for a couple of days and asked if they could send pictures of the one they were offering so I could decide if the colour was OK. They very kindly did this and eventually I ordered this as an alternative. Without a doubt they went above and beyond to help me. Arrived on time & the driver was very friendly & helpful & they were well packaged. The tiles are a very good quality, they are very strong & well made & are easy to use. They really do need to be laid on a flat surface as possible. Very happy with our purchase.
