  The item was exactly as described ,a new old stock air filter in new unused condition ,the item arrived in good condition was well packaged and undamaged. This is a good quality filter well made and in nice clean condition and was excellent value for money i am very pleased with this item supplied and would recommend this seller 100% .

  Ordered specific painted and finished item from seller which was pictured within his listing. I received an un-painted and unfished item instead, which was not the item photographed in the listing. Contacted the seller to notify that he sent the wrong item, however, he stated he didn't have the painted and finished one that I'd ordered, telling me he sent me the unfinished as an alternative. Refused to provide partial refund as compensation. Painted and finished item still listed for sale.
