  Item arrived quickly and in condition as advertised. Pleased with the product. An issue with the "click and collect" arrangements, which was entirely my fault and not due to the seller, was resolved, but the seller did respond promptly, courteously and helpfully when asked about it.

  Very happy with the well-packaged, promptly delivered bag. Lovely, simple design, with an external and internal zipped pocket, and a detachable shoulder strap. The colour is just right for my requirements. The bag is surprisingly capacious for its size; certainly big enough for a phone, purse and more. Great service all round! Thank you!
