  This was The Dream Transaction: All was completed within the time parameters projected. Packing and shipping was excellent. When a question was asked the seller answered immediately in a friendly way. The product was in top condition upon arrival and well protected with great packing. There was even a personalized note within the box for me the buyer from the seller. One could not improve on this excellent transaction. Thank You!

  Absolutely in love with my Chloe bag from the griswolds! Communication was prompt and friendly. My purse was prettier than the picture and arrived in a timely fashion, beautifully packaged and with a thoughtful card enclosed to "put a bow" on the deal.   Although there was no sale or item shipped, I'm sure the packaging would have been excellent and the item would have arrived as described, also the value seemed fair. The seller graciously allowed me not to purchase the item due to the size being too large. I will keep an eye on thier future listngs and consider a purchase should an item be irresistible to me.

  Wow! First purchase from them but likely not the last. Super-well packaged, and timely delivery. Quality used item as described and photographed in the listing. What really caught me off-guard (in a good way) was the handwritten, personalized "Thank you" that accompanied the item. The other elements of the transaction I mentioned above are obviously key to a good experience, but that last bit, the personal touch, that puts these folks over the top. A positive example all could learn from.
