    I actually selected positive only due to the fact that I did finally receive the item and it was as it was supposed to be. However, they seriously need to work on their shipping. I have noticed that they seem to have a habit of, after a person makes a purchase, sending it back to themselves. Then, it takes all the while longer, to communicate back and forth and finally get the item properly shipped to the right location. They did communicate with me, but not as well as I had wished they could've

    Unfortunately, seller did not have items. However, they did remain in constant contact in trying to fulfill my order. Eventually we agreed a refund would be best... and they were extremely fast to do so. All in all, great service. I hope i get the chance to have another transaction with them. Absolutely loved their dedication and communication throughout the whole process!
