  Good communication pre-sale. Shipped on time. Only negative is the packaging. The item was shipped loose in a box with no tape to secure it. It is a miracle it arrived without falling out of the box. I have purchased more from this supplier and will not hesitage to use them again for future needs.

  This was a good buy . . . $140 less expensive than what Amazon wanted. Was a little concerned that seller photo showed only a power cord w/ wire nuts -- no discharge tube. Contacted the seller to inquire about discharge tube, but seller could not confirm nor assure its inclusion. They did emphasize that returning would not present any issue is I was not satisfied. (Apparently Nexthomedesign is a large outfit, and item was "returned stock.") It came on schedule with everything. Very pleased.

  This is the most honest, professional and reputable seller I have dealt with on eBay. When they make a mistake, they own up to it. When something is missing, they take care of it. I have never had a transaction with them where I felt concerned that something might go wrong. This is a professional organization that handles itself professionally. Shipping is prompt. The item is always as described. The pricing has always been top notch. I can't say enough nice things about them.

  Exactly as described and shipped quickly. Arrived with all items intact, which is amazing, considering it was shipped in the factory box without tape or anything holding the lid shut. Not even put inside another, more secure box, just a shipping label gummed to the lid.

  Item arrived in original packaging in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Seller created the shipping label the same day, and it was shipped the next day. FedEx delivered it one day later that estimated, but that was not on the seller. I would buy from this seller again.
