    This is a positive review despite needing to return my item. The reality is sometimes things need to be returned, it isn’t always the sellers fault or it could be an innocent mistake but what matters to me is how the seller handles the situation. I requested an exchange or refund and was granted it without question, sent a prepaid shipping label and refunded immediately upon the items return. As such, despite having an issue with my product I would purchase from this buyer again.

    The computer arrived as described and in good condition. The seller's description of the item was exactly correct. So far, the computer has been an excellent value. The only regret that I have is that I didn't realize how few ports this device actually has. It is a good thing that I already had a USB hub. I have no regrets about purchasing this computer and I do recommend this seller.

    Excellent order! Shipped fast. Product was better than described. Almost like new condition. All relevant information was available via manufactures website. Still had a 7 month warranty through manufacturer as well. Would recommend seller.
