    It was as described and in a good condition! The delivery date was delayed but the seller was prompt in responding and taking care of the issue. Packaging was great and very protected the product well and its of great value! I'm very pleased with the purchase!

    Items arrived safely and mostly as described. Because the boxes are fragile and tightly sealed, the seller didn't show the contents. It turned out that the pencils were in unusually bad condition, even though the boxes showed normal levels of wear. The seller was very responsive and made sure to rectify the issue when the problem was discovered, so in the end it all turned out to an exceedingly professional and excellent experience!
